Terms for Invoice & Instalment Payments
When paying via invoice, we cooperate with Klarna AB. To purchase with an invoice, you must provide your personal identification number or organization number. Conditions for purchasing with an invoice include being registered in the Swedish population register and being over 18 years old. You must not have any payment defaults. All invoices are assigned to Klarna AB by Tunescandinavia.com. The invoice payment term is 14 days. In case of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Late payment interest is 2% per month. In case of non-payment, the invoice will be handed over to a debt collection agency.
A customary credit check is carried out after personal information has been provided at checkout, which in some cases means a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit report will be sent to you in such cases.
Through our collaboration with Klarna AB, you can sign a credit account agreement and thus be able to pay in instalments. You choose the credit period by checking the campaign option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns
When you shop at tunescandinavia.com, you always have the option to exchange or cancel your purchase within 7 days from the day you receive the item. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us within these 7 days and a fee of 250 SEK for any shipping and order charges will be deducted from the amount. To guarantee a return, the product must be in unchanged condition, in unopened packaging. In accordance with the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, purchases can be canceled with opened packaging, but Tune Scandinavia has the right to charge a fee for any depreciation and deduct it from the return amount. Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Returns are sent to Tune Scandinavia, Stora Brogatan 37, 50335 Borås.
Return Shipping and Refund
If you cancel a purchase within 7 days, follow the instructions below:
- Contact our customer service by email and provide your name, order number, which item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- After confirmation from Tunescandinavia.com, a return label will be sent to you via email.
- To ensure the package arrives in good condition, please pack the return properly. Preferably in the box in which the item was delivered.
- Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at a nearby service point. Make sure the old delivery note is covered to avoid confusion.
- After we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you within 14 days.
- If you use the Tune Scandinavia return label, the return shipping cost is 99 SEK. This cost will be deducted from the amount when you are refunded after an approved return. You are welcome to pay for the shipping yourself if you wish, but you are then responsible for ensuring the package arrives at our warehouse, which is why we recommend sending it in a way that the package can be tracked in case something happens along the way. If the package is not trackable and has not arrived at the warehouse, unfortunately, we cannot approve your return.
